Friday, February 9, 2024

Dr. Andrew Wolf, Chief Nursing Officer and Director of the Malek School of Nursing Professions at Marymount University, has been selected to participate in the American Association of Colleges of Nursing’s (AACN) Advancing Academic Leadership for Deans Program.

The program is designed as ‘the gateway to success and sustainability’ for new or transitioning nursing deans and chief academic officers, and seeks to enhance the executive leadership skills of professionals who are pursuing a high-level skillset to maximize opportunities and meet challenges. AACN has collaborated with the Center for Creative Leadership to implement this innovative 13 month-long immersion program that consists of four face-to-face meetings and work performed virtually between sessions. It also fosters the creation of peer group relationships that support success over the entirety of one’s career in nursing education.
