Marymount University professors are constantly learning and contributing to their respective fields. Online Ed.D. Professor Dr. Ana Lado conducted research in Panama, exploring distinctive characteristics of English Language Learners (ELLs) as it relates to the tellability and readability of picture books. The international research has culminated in resources for English learners, including teaching strategies and specific book titles that could be helpful inside the classroom.
