Tuition & Financial Aid

Tuition

$1,275 per credit hour, plus additional fees.

Financial Aid for Online Graduate Students

Financial aid is available to those who qualify. You are solely responsible for researching and completing all required steps, forms, and applications.

Funding can come from the federal government or private sources, such as banks or financial institutions. We encourage you to research other funding sources such as military and veteran benefits, scholarships from organizations, or your employer.

Federal Student Loans for Graduate Students

Federal student aid must be repaid and offer benefits that private loans may not offer. These may include lower interest rates and several repayment plans that keep your monthly student loan payment affordable.

Common federal aid for graduate students includes:

Unsubsidized Federal Direct Stafford Loan – Eligible students may borrow up to $20,500 per school year. Marymount University determines your eligibility amount, which is shown on your financial aid award letter.

Direct PLUS Loan – Eligible students who need to borrow more than the maximum unsubsidized loan amounts to meet their education costs may apply for a PLUS loan. This loan does not have a maximum limit but can be used for tuition, fees, books and living costs. A credit check will be completed during the application process.

To apply for federal student aid, a FAFSA form must be completed to determine eligibility at fafsa.gov.

Payment Plans & Student Accounts

The Marymount Payment Plan makes tuition and fees more affordable by splitting semester costs into up to five payment installments. This is available to qualifying students and can be combined with financial aid, interest-free.

There are a variety of methods for you to pay your university bill. For more information or to make a payment on your account, visit Student Accounts.
